I want you to love your Premium Sportswear Range and be as happy as a clam! However, I am thinking that the fact you are here is because you are not happy. Let me know what is wrong I will rectify it. If you're not 100% satisfied, I am here to listen and to help.
Returns Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Sale items may be final sale.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges allowed for different sizes or colours, subject to availability.
If your desired replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or refund.
Return Process
Contact us at Alison@Tortugapadel.co.uk or fill out the return form on our website.
We’ll issue you a return authorization and instructions.
Ship the item back to our returns address (customer covers return shipping unless item is faulty).
Once received and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
